Thank you for choosing the UnoDose™ Metered-Dose Topical Applicator.  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied, we want to help:

• Returns require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which is obtained by contacting us at: (651) 788-7907 or at info@uno-dose.com. All returned packages/pallets must be identified with the RMA number assigned.
• In an effort to expedite processing of the return and issuing any due credit, all returns must be received at Reflex Medical within 30 days after an RMA has been issued.
• Upon receipt of the returned product, Reflex Medical will fully examine the product and notify you of replacement/refund due to any defect. Return of parts displaying no defects is subject to a 25% restock fee.
